Andrew is great, he’s super kind, compassionate and friendly. He explains everything in an easy to understand way and seems like he genuinely cares. He’s always available and happy to help whenever I have questions and he’s just a really pleasant guy to deal with. Being off work isn’t easy but he’s made the whole process seamless. Lilly was amazing. I have had many ADL'S but never felt as comfortable with anyone like I did with Lilly. She really listened and understood what I was trying to say. Highly recommend pinnacle rehab, my rehab consultant Jesse Singer was incredibly helpful, very informative and always on hand to answer questions in an easy to understand way, even accompanied me to medical appointments to better explain my rehab conditions to doctor.
