I would give the place 0 stars if I could. I was very disappointed with this Health center. Don't get me wrong, the receptionist and some staff are okay, but this one specific doctor and everyone in her (Walker) team are absolutely horrible. They don't listen or understand concerns for their patients, and after spending countless hours (and money), they say they can't help you. I'm not the person to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but please save yourself from this place. Please take your kids or yourself somewhere you're heard and not treated like a joke or are judged for your problems. I'm surprised this health centre is still running and very shocked DR WALKER is still in practice, Please quit your job, Walker. Its a joke to even call yourself a psych; you're supposed to help people not make matters worse.

Brilliant ladies who spoke over the phone! Shay Schultz and Jane Summertime were incredibly helpful and sweet.

Super friendly staff, I'm so grateful to be able to access free dental as a person on minimum wage paying off student fees. I hadn't seen a dentist since I was a kid and I was anxious about feeling judged for my dental health, but the team was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Only ever been here with my child and I would NOT recommend it, unless you want uneducated judgemental guesses about what they think should be going on, 3 times in a row I've had misleading information, follow up with a doctor proves the information that is given each time is nonsense. Definitely recommend just seeing your local GP

Excellent physio by Trent & physio team. (community class as directed by my GP). Outcomes were positive and follow up consultation (as needed) professionally managed and delivered. I have continued to stay in the care of Trent (1:1) as consultation is required.

My partner had an appointment booked here because of a severe tooth ache. Being school holidays we had to get a babysitter... Turned up 3 minutes late and was turned away. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of compassion from the dentist and would recommend NOT making an appointment here! Find someone that cares about the patient not the money!

Not all dentists are alike. I've been to this clinic three times and cannot recommend it. This public clinic has low standards. I saw the "senior dentist" who could not see the crack in my tooth which was observed by two private dentists. They then made a mouth guard for me which falls out -- a choke hazard given I'm supposed to wear it at night. When I received the splint it was just handed to me, with no fitting done. A private dentist will check whether a mouth guard fits (I know this because I've had two before this one). Public: hand it to you and show you the door. They need those signs saying verbal abuse will not be tolerated to hide behind because they're rude, and that kind of behaviour tends to get a response in kind. You're better off going into debt at a private clinic.

The advice I’ve received at the child health clinic here has been good but the wait time.... The room can only see two people and with many new mums being here for breastfeeding help it can mean people are her for 30 mins plus. Make sure you arrive right on 9am (only open to 12pm) or potentially face massive wait times if you stupidly come just past 11am like me (trying to work around a newborns feeds).

Not much point in calling it a drop in clinic! Would much rather have made an appointment rather than waiting over an hour with an upset baby that is now well overdue another feed.

As it turns out there was only one child health nurse here today rather than two - if I’d been told this when I arrived and saw the 3 people ahead of me I would have left immediately but there was no communication. Will not be coming back.
