I've made an order i payed nearly $700.
I was meant to have 8am consultation with a so called doctor but no call, so I rang they said can we call you at 6pm I said yes, then same thing no call, massive regret ordering from this company, it's most likely a scam or the people working there give no ffsss and are just useless, avoid this place.

I've taken CJC1295 + Ipamorelin multiple times from a different company. What I received from PHYX felt like duds and I stopped using them after 2 weeks. $350 down the drain.

Treatment plan was never sent to me and I had to call them and request it myself.

There's always 1 girl who answers the phone so I don't believe they have any doctors or scientists working beside them, likely just another sign off scheme taking advantage of people who need recovery promoting meds.

Having recently purchased from PHYX I can only heap praise on the support staff involved at all levels, ive had 5 lower back surgeries, total right and left knee replacement surgery, total left shoulder surgery and im heading for a total right shoulder replacement surgery, i suffer from chronic arthritis in both of my thumbs and at some stage they will require intervention as well, im just starting my journey with PHYX and look forward to moving away from prescribed pain relief medications. After breaking my shoulder and a long recovery I had honestly thought I would continue to have shoulder issues ongoing. However after 2 rounds of injury repair treatment from the Phyx team I am well on my way to 100% recovery. Not only am I out of pain but I am mobile again. Thank you Phyx team you are amazing

I had a good experience with my initial purchase of peptides however on my second order the peptide vials were not secured properly - likely by the compounding pharmacy.

The issue occurs when securing the vial into the pen without the needle - the peptide content ozes out of the rubber seal when you perform the twist and compress motion.

A little disappointing as these peptides are obviously significantly more expensive then other peptides on the market - and to have lost a significant amount of peptides due to poor packaging.

Communication has not been the best either once the issue was addressed.
