This physio pilates exercise is excellent with two special good expert physiotherapist Yash and Hafiz supervise.They assisted me in my special need with arthritis. For prevention injury and maintain my health is super good!!! Plus plus improve my muscle strength and health is marvellous!!.😁😁

A big thanks to my saviour Yash, with his magic hands. I was virtually carried into his practice yesterday after suddenly experienced a frozen lower back with excruciating pain. After 40 mins treatnent I was able to walk home (500m), albeit with a walking stick and slowly. Today I was able to go back to another appointment unassisted. Hopefully I will be out of the woods by next week. Lydia
