Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of Physio Inq. We needed a speech therapist urgently and they promised a booking within 2 weeks which was the shortest wait at the time. However after approx. 3 weeks of promising that they would call the next day to make an appointment, they never called. We escalated it to the the state manager who took 2 days to call. Turned out that they only had Telehealth appointments besides us telling them from the beginning that we need face to face consultations. It has been very frustrating experience for us and waste of valuable time because we stopped looking for other therapists.

I've only dealt with a couple of PhysioInq's therapists thus far but I've been very happy with them from the outset. I've bumped into some very sinister companies that just want to gobble all of your NDIS funding for themselves, but PhysioInq is not one of those companies, thankfully. Five stars across the board from me.

I contacted Phsio Inq online regarding obtaining a handwriting assessment for my son. I was then contacted by telephone where I reiterated that the purpose of seeking Occupational Therapy was to get a handwriting assessment to assist my son with high school exams. My son had seen a OT for many years in VIC but we were yet to engage one since moving to QLD. I advised that we may be interested in ongoing OT sessions HOWEVER our main aim was to seek a handwriting assessment.
A meeting was scheduled which was then cancelled and rescheduled twice by the OT at the last minute. When the meeting finally took place, my son took time off school to attend the appointment.
Again in person, I advised that we needed the handwriting report. I paid the invoice for the OT visit. No report was forthcoming. The OT did chase me up to book in further appointments but no mention of the report. I had to chase the report and was still chasing it up 6 months later when the OT sent me another invoice to write the report. At no point was I told there would be another fee for the report. The OT offered zero value to my son, no OT was actually given during the meeting – it was simply a meet and greet. This business is only interested in making money and having you schedule in more OT, they are not focussed on the patient whatsoever. I was very very clear on what outcome was needed from our meeting and Physio Inq did not deliver.
I have been chased up by the accounts department for the “report fee”. I told the accounts lady what had transpired, and she advised someone would get back to me. How surprising that no one has contacted me on this. Physio Inq are now delaying my sons schooling and we will have to start over again with a more reputable OT.

A convenient, user-friendly service which allowed us to have our child assessed and referred to allied health in a timely manner. Cannot recommend them more highly for their professional service. Thank you physio inq! Thanks especially to Brooke, our speech therapist. You are amazing at what you do. Keep up the great work!

I can not speak highly enough of Physio Inq Mobile + Community Queensland. My physio Jas is always on time, she always has the answer to the problem that are presenting in my condition. In weeks she has actually got my ankles working again. I am so impresses they are so profession and friendly. I prolapsed another disc in my neck not so long ago and Jas had a heap of solutions to support it and ease the pain. They have made a world of difference to my life. Every week I get a little bit stronger. Thank you so much for your commitment to helping me.

I would highly recommend Physioinq they are very professional and listened to then acted on my needs. They have helped me so much to improve my life with true compassion and understanding. They went above and beyond what they had to and they were very flexible in their time to help me. I would recommend Eilish as an excellent OT who knows her way through the NDIS maze. Thank you so much Physioinq.
