My sister receives services from an OT here and we recently found out physio inq have increased their travel prices that have doubled the cost of in-home support visits - without the corresponding changes to her NDIS plan budget. $400 for an hour session with an OT that comes to your home because you can't travel due to your disability? Completely non-competitive pricing.

Natasha Smoleniec treats people with the upmost of respect. She is punctual, kind - and actually prepared to listen to her clients.
She made me feel like a human, rather than just another number...or an inconvenience. (Which is rare when dealing with specialists)

I have my physiotherapy every Tuesday with Glenn to say he is the best physiotherapist I have ever had and I'm 57yo. Physio Inq NSW is a great company who looks after me.

Ridiculous customer service. Support coordinator and I disputed an additional charge on a $1.3K report for correcting mistakes made in the original which was supplied several weeks too late. Manager wants to argue rather than absorb the cost. If OTs weren't in such short supply, I would not engage this company again.

I have MS and pretty severe mobility issues. I am very happy with my physiotherapist John Jenkins and feel that I am making good progress. John is punctual and always has a plan for each session. He mixes things up and keeps it interesting and always focused on my goals. Keep up the good work!

My son and I have been working with a Physio Inq O/T and have had a very positive experience. The O/t working with us has been so positive and very keen in presenting new ways to view difficulties, has followed up between appointments with phone calls that are very supportive. The office staff at Physio Inq are polite and very helpful. We look forward to continuing our journey with them.

Went into the Alexandria clinic and the receptionist was an absolute gem! I was having a pretty rough day and when I got there I just vented to this woman I’ve never met before but she was just so friendly that I just felt comfortable enough to just tell her about my issues ahaha. The physiotherapists there were also great! They really helped me in understanding what my problem was with my legs. The exercises they gave me really helped, I’m back to running comfortably with no aches and pains after a few sessions. Everyone was just so friendly and welcoming. Definitely give PINQ a go!

I had my back injury for almost a year. After getting treatment from Physio Inq I've been amazing since training with William. I've never felt this great in a while. I feel like he's changed my life in terms with working and going to the gym or even just doing simple tasks. I'm stronger and more aware of what's going on with my injury. I would like to thank the team for the support. Theyre have such an amazing team. I already miss going to my sessions. I would definitely recommend. Life changing ❤
