It was my first time severe back pain and I guessed it was pinched nerve, but Sean did a quick diagnosis that it's a muscle spasm. He spent the rest of the time teaching me exercises and then massaged the glutes. He was friendly and understood my problem straightaway. I was feeling wayy better than when I went in. Highly recommended for physiotherapy in the city.

I had a neck pain during the last week of Dec 2024. Most of the physio practices in the city area were closed, but not PhysiCo. Sean Li helped me with my neck pain. Most of the pain was gone with just one session. Thanks to Physico, I could celebrate my New Year free from neck pain.
