About 2 weeks ago I started developing really tight sharp pain along my spine just below my neck and I'm someone who stretches, foam rolls, exercises etc. It was quite debilitating, couldn't tilt my head back and getting worse, so I went to see George a few days ago.

In the one session he evaluated, massaged by hand and massage gun, shockwaved, dry needled, adjusted AND took me through some stretches specific to hitting that spot (plus printed them out to me)! Also I asked if it could be my pillow too and being 2 years old suggested it could need to be changed out, so I bought the one he recommends and sells at the clinic (very well priced too) at my own accord, wasnt pushed on me at all.

To conclude: 50% better leaving the clinic right away (I even went for a surf right after, knowing physical activity city is not something you should do right after a treatment) next day (and using new pillow too) 75% better and three days later, it's honestly close to a 100%. I really don't feel it all, pretty amazing actually.

So if you want to see a practitioner who throws all the tools they have available to them into every appointment, well you can't go wrong with Phoenix Recovery!

If you are suffering from an injury, look no further. The first time I limped into this clinic with a serious calf injury, I had little hope for a fast recovery. Yet after the first treatment with the very knowledgeable George, I was already walking. After a few more sessions in which he used the most modern equipment (of which I didn't even know existed), I was back on the soccer pitch within 3 weeks. It was an easy choice to come back when I suffered a new (hamstring) injury and once again I'm totally amazed by the speed with which I recovered.

I've never written a Google review before but these guys have now cut down my recovery time by weeks multiple times. That's why I highly recommend anyone who's suffering an injury to book an appointment straight away. If you want to be back on the pitch soon, these are the guys you need to see.
