I struggled with my smoking addiction for several years. Tried numerous different quitting methods with mixed results. I finally decided to give hypnotherapy a go. I was a little sceptical but after seeing positive reviews I allowed myself to think that maybe it could work for me too.

Well it has turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done! I was so pleasantly surprised to find after my first session that I just didnt want to smoke anymore. It made quitting so easy! I ended up having 2 sessions. Have not had a single cigarette since my first session 4 weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I am greatful to David for helping me change my life!
