We have just signed with Phoenix after being with our other insurer for 42+ years We have been researching funds for months and have been promised many things that when you read into the policy just aren't as you have been advised.(its a mine field in trying to compare health funds)
We found that Phoenix was the best of other funds we were reviewing for a couples policy for the following reasons
1/ Fast efficient and easy to make contact with a real person that you can talk to and get help in deciding what the correct coverage is to suit your requirements.
2/ The pricing was cheaper than the the policy we had for so many years and it provided more benefits and flexibility than we have ever had.(obviously not everyone has the same requirements and it will depend on the cover you are seeking)
3/ The service and the knowledge of the staff was second to none
4/ We dealt with Lisa H who was excellent, she explained everything to us and answered all the questions we had. Lisa's service was above and beyond anything I had experienced with other providers.

It was a big decision to change health providers after so many years but dealing with Phoenix has made that decision so much easier to make the change

As mentioned we have only just signed up with Phoenix so we would be more than happy to review our review once we have had the policy in place for 12 months

If you are looking for the right health fund for yourself or your family then you don’t need to look any further. My family has been out of a health fund for five years so when we started looking for one the whole process seemed completely overwhelming until I spoke to LISA from Phoenix. Lisa was not only so knowledgeable but her customer service skills were second to none. I had called some other health funds prior (which I don’t care to mention) and their customer service skills could not even compare. Lisa explained everything to me in such a patient, kind and knowledgeable way even though I asked a million and 1 questions. The benefits that you’ll get from this health fund in my opinion exceeded other health funds particularly the extras and for me, the added huge benefit is the amazing customer service. I called a few times and they were very easy to get a hold of very efficient and just so professional. And an added bonus is that they are a not-for-profit and the members can also be involved in the direction of the fund, which for me is also important as it is my long-term health. So thank you Lisa and Phoenix I’m so happy to come on board 👏👏👏👏
