Our doctor was lovely however i felt that the cost was outrageous. We had a skin cancer check that lasted no longer than 15mins & the cost was $150 (I wasn’t advised of the cost when making the appointment so was a bit shocked at the time). Since when did medical appointments jump from $90-$100 to $150?

Wanted simple answer for results on my blood test they took 3 weeks ago.And also wanted the proper Number for pathology in their building even though it was a different building they did not help at all. The reception are very unprofessional and misunderstood me and also claimed I was abusive and called the cops. Even the cops who came understood what I meant.
The reception just didn’t have the proper communication skills or understanding. Plus assuming someone is abusing you is unfair.
Also starting to cry while calling just to make another person look worse is so unprofessional and petty.

The reception is very unprofessional they have ended important phone calls multiple times.

I would like to compliment the team at Phillip Medical and Dental Centre for looking after me. Dr. M.P. Gupta has been meticulous and accessible. Their nurse, Mr. Suman, was also caring and patient while dealing with my injury. The front office team have been prompt and helpful. I live in a regional area two hours away and have no hesitation in recommending the clinic strongly to patients seeking high-quality medical care, good customer service, and attention to detail.

My experience with the practice has been accessible, costs are upfront and displayed and from arrival to assessment by the medical team and explanation of treatment choice is thorough and explained well. While travelling yesterday I received a phone call following through with tests and this was emailed to me so I could give to my specialist. Very good service.

Horrible reception customer service. Was hung up on multiple times mid sentence over the phone, I called up to ask for an email to put in a formal complaint, and receptionist denied ever ending the call. The reception staff had next to no communication skills and when i asked a question instead of trying to assist they simply got frustrated as they didn’t know how to help and hung up. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Friendly, efficient staff and medical team. I arrived at short notice on a Friday afternoon and they were kind enough to squeeze me in between two appointments to see Dr Gupta urgently.

Dr. Zekrya was so kind and caring towards my 2 year old toddler. The receptionist was friendly, too. Waiting time was super short. Loved my first experience here.
