Excellent results! I have struggled with night eating for 25 years and haven't been able to stop. I considered weight loss surgery but decided to try Phil's services first. I had 2 sessions with Phil. Phil was amazing, he really does know his stuff.
He is a highly skilled Hypnotherapist and specialises in issues that a lot of other therapists don't like to work in.

I had 4 appointments booked with Phil for anxiety, the first appointment he spoke to my subconscious mind, the second and third appointments we just chatted about things unrelated to my anxiety, I was leaving to go overseas and he said he would make the fourth appointment a video call, I never heard from him again. I feel the $1000 dollars I paid to him was a waste of money, he is a nice enough person but I would not recommend him to anyone for anxiety help.
My husband also had 2 appointments for $600 to help him stop smoking which didn’t work either.
