The people that work here are either lazy or untrained. I’m New to the area, Went to get e-scripts filled and was told I had to drive 2 hours to my previous chemist to get them. I went to another chemist around the corner who filled them for me straight away, no problem. Horrible customer service.. go somewhere else.

I've been here a few times for my family's needs after moving close by. I've always found their service really professional and honest. We have two newborns so have had to go just before close a few times. Front end staff are great and I've received prompt advice from the pharmacist a few times. Prices are good considering, I don't know what the other reviewers are on about. It's a big place so I imagine they would have large overheads. Worth a few dollars more than a franchise Chemist Warehouse with no customer service or friendly advice. I have no hesitation in recommending this pharmacy!

Rang about medication, told me they were getting some in the next day, they can get/order me one. First person I spoke with said she would let everyone know but also to call at about 10am to see when it was getting it. Called just after 10am, told pharmacist wasn't in yet but they had my details/order and would call when it got there. Called at just after 6pm to see if it had arrived only to be told they didn't have the stock because someone else rang before me. Terrible customer service, telling customers they can get what they need and giving it to someone else, not even calling to let me know.

I get my prescription here everyday and I love it here, everyone is beyond friendly and go the extra mile, they are also actually very cheap considering. Definitely the place to go. I have a 24hr chemist warehouse but they are not as friendly and do not go the extra mile like this pharmacy does.

I used this chemist they gave shorter amount of medication then a full script after these people that are obviously coerced gangstalkers told the staff to be mean to me saying that I’m aggressive in the shopping centre where it’s all fabricated lies that are coerced since I refused they’re offer of gang stalking other people with them the staff at this chemist that I’m always very polite to like I am everywhere I go we’re mean rude and pretended they had bad English skills on purpose after these gang stalkers had contacted them in their store it’s not the only medical related place this has happened after these gang stalkers have contacted them I got along great with my new doctors and after short time these gang stalkers contacted them and I got rude worse treatment than I have ever experienced it also happened at pathology when getting a when getting more tests done person pretended they didn’t know their job put holes all over my arms pretending she didn’t know how to do the Test be aware of the misconduct at this chemist I’ve changed since
