So disappointed in my interactions at the pharmacy today
Most times I’ve been the staff have been blunt and seem inconvenienced when you need to be served however today was the worst
I needed a medication for my baby that’s hard to come by I sat on the phone calling around trying to find it. They told me yes we have it so as a single mum I packed my three kids in the car in the rain and drove down to be told I must of called the wrong pharmacy I advised I definitely called and spoke to a male
The pharmacist told me to show him my call log on my phone to prove it
I showed him and then a staff member said they did tell me they had it put ot was capsules not liquid
No apology just had my script handed back and told to try else where

Horrible dealings with this Pharmacy. They have tried to invoice my elderly father twice for the same month after paying his monthly medicine bills through his nursing home. I've also accidentally overpaid one month, and they won't offer a refund or even credit my father's account, instead continuing to bill him. The nursing home my father is at has gone with a different pharmacy now. Good riddance.

The workers are terrible here. Waited 10 minutes before I was served. The old lady with orange hair saw me and just went back to packing the shelves. I finally got served by the black hair girl full of make up and long terrible nails and she just thought our conversation was a joke. Even the old tall pharmacist is weird. Wont be returning.

Will never come to this chemist for anything. Any business that is okay with ripping people off does not deserve to be operating. They are charging $20 per R.A.T covid test, even going as far as opening multipacks meant to be sold as one, and putting them in little ziplock bags to sell for even more. Do not recommend.

Outstanding service from Riverstone Pharmacy4less Riverstone. Good old fashion services nothing is every a problem, the staff are always polite and greet you with a smile. Attention to detail goes along way these days and your help is very much appreciated "well done" keep up the fantanctic work as it does not go un noticed. Thankyou !!
