One of the ladies that works there is always lovely and helpful HOWEVER Robyn that works there is always rude, unpleasant, talks over me when I'm just trying to ask a question. I was there today and couldn't get out the door fast enough, I asked a simple question about something that I assumed was for sale and she laughed at me, I don't appreciate being laughed at when I'm just asking a question that is such disrespect and so unprofessional but being totally honest I've never once had a good experience when Robyn is there. Absolutely no excuse for doing that to a customer!!

Traveling through the outback wit a dog presents special challenges not the least the problem of 1080 wild dog baits ...this poison is dropped by air and buried just under the surface where there are cows livestock or fences but not always there is this hidden death for your dog ... anyway l went here to check out muzzles for my Kelpie X collie ...there are a few but no way would my dog wear one he would go crazy trying to get it off...the lady who helped me was obviously an animal person and was more concerned about alternative methods of control than selling me something that would not work or compromise my dogs well being ...we talked about ticks Pavo and what l use for control which is nexguard spectra by the way...a long lead or a run lead was the consensus and plenty water and shade ...it's so hot at times these simple steps will keep your dog safe and happy...lots of attention helps heaps too..
This place is fully stocked with treats goodies and essentials for your pet our family members ...pets r us is like your one stop shop for your best friend..

Super friendly and helpful staff. We went to the store for dried cow ears for our two dogs. We ended up getting really cool dog tags made for our dogs that they make with the aid of a computer. They also have a dog wash machine out front ($10/10 minutes. We managed to wash, rinse and blow dry our two dogs for $10)

Plenty of pets to choose from even turtles. maybe only 1 of the pet stores in Alice Springs so not much else to choose from. Was full of knowledge and didn't mind me asking questions great help

Maybe you could take a phone number or email and state you are very busy can you get back to someone rather then telling them they will have to come in when I tried to explain why i simply couldn't just come in for a look to get 1 price and a question on if you stocked a certain kit. My wife wants me to get back into breading fish so I have something to do with our son after I was left with a spinal injury after I was attacked. Looks like off to kmart I go till the online stuff turns up and better clean out the dogs bathtub while I build my own tanks. Also alice springs businesses need to understand we all understand the issue with the crime and the constant threat to your buisness it is but without us locals behind you spending what we can afford when we can afford it. I asked 1 question on a price if an item and you treated me like I smashed all your windows over night. Businesses will continue to struggle when 90% if them have this exact type of mentality of im not helping no one's helping me why should I.
