Very professional, friendly team. The receptionist is the star of the show - always a welcoming smile. The practice is very good at contacting patients if there are delays, and it is not always necessary to make an appointment for follow-up consultations. Highly recommended.

Everytime I come to this doctor I end up waiting over 90 minutes for my appointment. There is never any apology. I understand it's bulk billing and it's to be expected, but atleast apologise for the wait time.

I have been going to this practice for years and it has declined rapidly in quality over the past few years. For Dr. Baisy Antony to have her first "interest" as "Women's health' but dismiss me each and every time I see her regarding my health is a joke. Over a year ago I went to her for a cervial screening as I had reasonable concerns and she dismissed me time and time again. Only when I put my foot down (on the third visit) did she finally do one. Deciding to give her another try and speak to her about my unplanned pregnancy she blew me off and gave me absolutely no valuable advice, telling me to seek other doctors as she does not deal with "those situations". Then told her about my sore throat (That has been an ongoing problem for months, even causing me pain when I speak or swallow, all of this I told her) for her to look at it, deem it doesn't look irritated and send me on my way with no good advice, no diagnose or prescription. A complete joke of a doctor. I will not be returning and encourage women seeking a doctor that actually cares for their health try ANY other medical centre.

Highly recommend 🙂 This is my regular GP practice and I have been a patient of Dr Xavier for over 6 years. He has always taken great care in my needs, takes his time in every consultation, is very thorough and listens. Over the years I have been to him for many different reasons and he has always been very professional, friendly and no problem is ever too big or too small! I recently moved further away and I still travel all the way to Petrie Medical Centre as I am very happy with the service they provide and I really do not want to go to anywhere else. The reception staff have been very accommodating when needing to find an appointment that suits, offering phone consultations when necessary and I have never had a bad experience at this practice.

I was left in a limbo after my regular gp retired. I tried 2 different drs in burpengary and they both were very unprofessional and left me feeling I was just a number in their system. Then I found this practice . The receptions are polite helpful and friendly. Dr Regi Xavier . I found him to be a very compassionate and knowledgeable . He actually cares, and listens to what you are saying. He doesn’t try to push you out the door after 10 mins. I thoroughly recommend Dr Regi as an excellent GP ( much like the GPs 20 or more years ago)

The Dr has been the first doctor in my history that has tried to gaslight me into thinking my issues were made up and instead told to "wait x amount of weeks" or tried to push me into another clinic. Please be cautious with his advice and recommendations.

*Update* I had to make a booking about an ongoing issues results. The booking was made after this review was posted. The clinic has refused the appointment ( they gave me information on tranferring which is fine and appreciated) After the calls introduction, it was straight to cancelling the appoinment, no feedback was asked, no investigation. I offered the further feedback which is poor from a managment standpoint which is excatly the issue I had with Dr no investigation or understanding atleast based off my call.

I urge people to find another clinic based off this, the fact its bulk billing really isn't worth getting pushed back on medical advice and next steps to find a solution for your issues. This is my opinion from my experience. Be safe, goodluck.

Wasn't looking forward to changing my long term doctor, however the experience with Dr Xavier made it so easy.
I love it when you can tell your doctor anything and you don't get judged lol. Wonderful doctor
