I have been a patient of Dr Michelle Psaltis at this practice for over 20 Years. My Son has been a Patient of Dr Briggs at this practice for the same amount of time. I could not speak highly enough of these two Doctors they are amazing. We have been treated with the greatest respect and kindness.
Pity I can`t say the same about some receptionists, I now make a phone appt to speak to the Doctor rather than deal with them.

Rang today to book appointment loved on Petrie for over 15 years and been to this surgery only a few times over the years. Spoke to Paula who didn t sound like she wanted to be there and told me they were not taking new patients. I did ring at 5 10 pm so clearly did not want to help. As a registered nurse who works at the hospital this is rather awful to be treated like this by your local practice.

Been going for over 15+ years
The rudeness and the lack of care is clear as day
Receptionist who are rude (not all of them)
You’ll be waiting over 20 minutes for a 5 minute appointment at which they will tell you that you can only show them a single issue otherwise it’s a brand new appointment even if it’s a mole.
Incredibly heartbreaking. Do not recommend anymore. Recommend to avoid. Unless older, older people go there as they will only look after you.

My children and myself have been going to this practice for almost 2 years now. We've seen several of the drs in the clinic for various reasons, and they've all been absolutely wonderful, especially with the kids as drs visits can be scary for them sometimes. The nurses are fantastic, the reception staff are also fantastic, everything has been fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased with their services 10/10.

Been going here a few yrs now n have seen a few drs here. Both the drs n receptionists r lovely, n I always feel welcome without judgement. Dr Tomoni is my regular dr n she is understanding n respectful. I would recommend this practice!

First time having gone to this clinic, staff were very friendly (your saving 2 stars) but after my 15 min consult and explaining my past history about anxiety and was looking for help to control it, he charged a long consult without saying. I left that place with the symptoms I wanted to control and a feeling of being ripped off. Sorry, I won't return.
