I have just had an unpleasant experience in this practice, my appointment was at 3.
50 so I arrived early and gave my name, I then took a seat and waited until 4.25, at this stage I approached the receptionist and politely asked her if the surgery was running late, as I had another appointment to attend to. She blantly refused to answer me. At this stage I decided to leave as I found this behaviour very rude and unnecessary, although I have always found the doctor's to be good.

Well it finally happened, dr lim, the only decent gp here left.

The practice was without any doctors for a bit over the NYE break, now they have a single locum who was struggling through a backlog of cranky patients unsupported by their admin staff and without access to previous drs records or emails.

Clinic admin shortened my appt and the poor locum gp was not able to locate the records she needed or address all my needs as she did not have enough time and another patient was yelling in the waiting area.

Go elsewhere.

Where did Dr Lim go?!?! He has been my family doctor for a decade and the only reason many people rely on this clinic for care. If anyone can tell me where Dr Lim is practicing I would really appreciate it.

Dr Lim was amazing. The only reason I went to this doctors. The admin and reception team are awful. Slow, have to be chased, passive aggressive, unbothered, not friendly…I could go on. You are dealing with people who are sick whether that’s physically or mentally. Remember that and be kind/do your job.

These guys charge you to see them. $50 for a for minutes. Apparently they bulk bill of you visit several times out more, a bit like frequentl flyers.

People are struggling, and the new Dr decided to charge per visit, I'll give it a wide birth in the future.

Not a good running operation at this practice, reception and doctors. Have never felt respected or treated with proper care and was never advised the right things.
In fact I just learned that all the doctors there have left, and no longer practicing there - apart from Dr Hsien Wen Lim , who has quite a few restrictions on his name I now just learned. . And they are only open till 6pm instead of 9pm. And are cutting out bulk billing. cutting and therefore I would seek other good medical centers...

We spoke to a lovely receptionist named Chaerisse. Her demeanor is both professional and helpful. From the moment we walked in, her friendly approach and attention to detail made us feel valued and taken care of. I am writing this for her and for the excellent GP DR Lin!

I have been attending this centre for 5 years after my old family doctor retired. I would recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a centre that has friendly staff at the reception with Jenny, and a fantastic caring doctor. Dr Lim is the best GP I have ever visited,he focuses on proper consultations that are focused on diagnoses and not timed for profit. They bulk bill which is becoming rare these days.Thank you. I have not been offered any money, given any gifts or gratuities for this review.
