Jennifer, I have incredible admiration for you. The impact of your work (a legacy that will outlast us all) is experienced by pet owners and their pals every single day. It’s rare for the business owner to be as involved as you are. I say this after receiving calls from you on weekend evenings, and you were on a mission! You were perfect, professional and compassionate at my darkest time. Who does such a thing. No regard for yourself, we were the focus, for as long as it would take. About to lose my sole companion after 8 years of cancer problems that left me with nothing and no one of the life I had I couldn’t do this on my own and had no one to help me. You and that angel Dee swept us both up and took care when I was unable to. Daily contact, each time offering advice, asking if the vet should check over grommet, offering food and medication that I could not buy. Grommet passed and Dee never left our (virtual) sides. Not a word was said when I frantically called Dee on a Saturday afternoon. Little did I know she then frantically made enquires and arranged our preferred vet Dr Taylah to sent Grommet on his way that Saturday evening. Grommet passed with dignity and not my words, the words of the three of you, “we mattered”.

I'm incredibly grateful for the support and assistance from PMC in what has been a very stressful time with my dog Zander. They supported me by negotiating a discount with the specialist vet such that the cost of Zander's treatment was more affordable. Such a wonderful organisation whose support I'm super thankful for.

Pet Medical crisis were wonderful to work with. They were very quick to respond to my beautiful Mustangs emergency care, great communication and you can feel there love for aninimals. Please consider donating to this cause, as it might just save a precious fur babies life with the cost of living and vet bills, sometimes people need that extra help to help there furbaby. Forever grateful for the love and care they have shown me, even though my beautiful boy had to be put to sleep. You will always hold a special place in our hearts Mustang, and we thank Pet Medical crisis for all they did to try and help. Lots of love from me and our sweet angel Mustang 🐈 ❤️

Jennifer & Dee were fantastic. They helped find somewhere on a long weekend for my baby girl, Rosie (beagle), to have a life-saving caesarean surgery. I was lost and overwhelmed with what to do. Rosie and puppies are doing fantastic and are very happy.

Having recently left a DV relationship I was worried about how I was going to be able to afford the dental surgery my recently inherited cat from a neglected situation would need for her broken tooth. I'd already spent a lot of money on diet and getting her lion cut as she was matted from neck to tail. Thanks to the absolutely wonderful people at Pet Medical Crisis Fund, my beautiful cat was able to get her broken tooth removed, and one week later she's happy, healthy and healed. Her senior void sister is happy to have her back to normal. I'm so so grateful for an organisation such as this that helped me and my cat when I was in a desperate situation.

Applied, approved and treated within a couple of hours. My 2.5yr old cat had a bladder infection and was limp. Already spent every cent I had trying to fix him with no luck. PMC came to my rescue when I was considering euthanasia as I didn’t want him suffering anymore. They booked an appointment straight away and transferred my files to a local quality vet. Things are looking up. Just happy, relieved tears now. Strongly suggest donating to this wonderful charity as I definitely will as soon as I’m back on my feet. Thank you!

I cannot articulate in words or actions how grateful I am to Pet Medical Crisis Fund for acknowledging and supporting me financially through my darkest hours in saving my Furbaby dog's Life.
I had exhausted all avenues financially and desperate for a solution for my dog to have emergency surgery due to being diagnosed with Pyometra.
I was told by the Animals Hospital's that my only solution if I could not come up with fund's for emergency surgery that my only solution would be to have her Euthanized. And due to my mental health I couldn't live with the decision of putting my furbaby to sleep, she still had alot of years to live. She is only 7 yrs old. I can accept her eventually leaving me later in her dog year's because it is a natural thing but when she is Young active and still has years to live, I couldn't accept her leaving me and how detrimental to my mental health it would be.
So i cannot recommend enough how important it is to donate to this Beautiful charity.
The least I can do to pay back for their generosity and financial support while in dire needs, will be donating to them. Thank you once again, you are definitely a Blessing to me and my Furbaby ❤️❤️❤️ I will upload photo's tomorrow when I get to pick up my Furbaby after her surgery.
