after searching the web I thought I had found someone who could help myself and my husband. The Appointment was available close by and this week.
However, we were told that we couldn't see the professional psychologist because her room is upstairs and they cannot accommodate a person with a disability and in a wheelchair. We could see someone else though.When I asked if she might be able to see us at the time available downstairs it was sorry its not her office and that won't be happening. Considering they specialise in counselling you think they would consider those with disabilities but I guess not. Can't fault the receptionist though, she tried her best to assist us but ultimately the counsellor wanted to stay in her upstairs office
