A massive Thank you to Jonas and his team at PHASE.
My daughter had a week and a half respite period over the school holidays.
Being the first time she had left us (for a long period), let alone travel 4.5 hrs away was a big deal.
My daughter was cared for, so well from the minute she was picked up.
Each day was an adventure and she was so excited to let us know about the amazing day she had and all the fun she had got up to.
Her carers were all very lovely and kind to her.
She has made some wonderful memories and friends that she will always remember.
She has begged me to book her in again.
Thank you all very much!

It's verry good campany my son like to go with them when they bring him back home he dosen't want to come back he's realy happy with them and i m happy too if i can give them more then 5 star i can give them 1000 star

This has happened several times where they have cancelled on me with very short notice or literally just did not come. My son (6) has ADHD and has behavioural problems this I cannot take him to a lot of places. I’d booked respite care for today around 2 weeks ago, with a 100 percent confirmation from them saying they’ll come and take care of him as I had something very important planned today. Not only did they not come but I had to call them to ask if anyone was going to come at all, in the end no one ‘was available’ even though they confirmed from 2 weeks back that they would be.

PHASE provides just needed care to my boy during school holidays, the program is fun and the service level is very good. Jonas and team is friendly and thoughtful. Thank you for the great support offering to families and kids with special needs like us.

Jonas and the staff are well organised and cater for all my sons needs while he is with them during the day.They will come and collect him from our home,support him and take him with other children to amazing places here in Perth as an excursion ,then bring him home at arranged time. Highly recommend Phase!!

My son had his first adventures with this lovely team they took great care of him he had so much fun the hole holidays harrison had him and he was amazing with our son we are very greatful i highly recomend this company!

Very unprofessional.I put my one star review based on how I was treated at the company and the owner of the business rang me and started insulting me and threatening to make my life miserable.I asked to explain why I gave one star review and he didn't even give me a chance to explain!! Terrible experience!!!

Used to be a good company..but the last 6,months have gone backwards..no communication at all..with family or carers…left our daughter waiting twice in two weeks to be looked after one was when she finished working.sat alone and had a seizure while waiting..broke her glasses and bruised her face..no sorry or nothing absolutely joke..how would they feel if it was there child ..good luck using this company
