I had Panoptix Toric multifocal lenses fitted to both eyes in February in Sydney, Dr Bala performed the procedure.
Dr Bala and all his staff are brilliant you couldn’t ask for a more professional surgeon and staff. The procedure was painless and whilst still recovering I have 20/20 in both eyes.
The follow up appointments were at the ACT clinic and again they were fantastic. Thanks to all concerned.

I recently had LASIK eye surgery with Dr. Bala, and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Bala was incredibly nice, professional, and attentive throughout the process, and the results are amazing. I had eyes Lasik with Dr Bala. Really happy with the result till today. The surgery was easy, fast and pain free. It has 5 months since my surgery. I still sometimes don’t believe I can see this clear. Thank you so much to Dr Bala and his team.

I needed urgent cataract surgery on my right eye. We called up different eye specialists but it was harder to get early appointments, luckily my wife contacted Personal eyes at Liverpool NSW they were very considerate of my situation. I had to drive to work and without this surgery it wasn’t possible. Dr Thomas Chan explained everything in regards to the surgery and performed the surgery within 5 days and thanks
My vision restored. I would recommend Dr Thomas Chan for any eye issues.

Several months back, I had "laser cataract operations" of my both eyes (with new lenses installed suited for my need) through the personalEYES Liverpool. The operations were done at their Parramatta Eye Hospital. I am very happy with the outcome of the operations (and the subsequent post-operative services provided) and now I can see at various distances without any "glasses" whatsoever. In fact, I no longer wear the "glasses" to see at all which I had been using for the last 40 years or so before the operations. I do not have any hesitation to recommend "personalEYES" to future patients.
