Had a wonderful experience taking my daughter to a paediatric ophthalmologist here. All the staff, from the receptionists, optometrist, and the Doctor were excellent with children and a pleasure to deal with.

Doctor are amazing, its the inefficient front desk and poor customer service that the staff of this facility provides.

I don’t know if they are even qualified to run a clinic like this.

Similarly they won’t remind you that your referral is expired. I was bluntly told that its my job not theirs.

Just because doctors are great, we chose to come here.

Update: I got an email from Diane within hours from the management and also while leaving I was given next appointment’s card highlighting that a referral would be required for next appointment.

I appreciate the action taken. Hence increasing the review rating.

My sons eyes at the age of two started turn and after having him checked we received a referral for Dr Loren Rose. The entire staff are all so lovely always pleasant with my son when we come for an appointment!
After trying patching for a few months Dr Loren Rose recommended that he have surgery to straighten his eyes. The entire procedure was done in 45 minutes and his recovery was unbelievable. He bounced back within days and his eyes are improving constantly. We highly recommend Personal eyes Burwood and Dr Loren Rose.

The whole experience was really seamless and pain free. I cannot recommend this enough, this really changed my life and the recovery process was extremely quick.

I had my surgery on Friday afternoon and the next day I was able to drive and see clearly with better than 20/20 vision. The surgery was fairly painless except for the laser being pressed against my eyeballs.

Overall if your on the fence, and you wear contacts everyday then this surgery is definitely worth it, I don’t even wear contacts but not needing to wear glasses so I can play sports or just not needing to always carry glasses or wear glasses is worth it for me.

I had a very positive experience with the personal Eyes team at Burwood. The admin team Bruna and Diana, technical support and of course Dr Freny Kalapesi have all been attentive, professional and responsive. I also need to mention the team at the eye surgery day hospital in Parramatta, where the one on one service, for my first major eye procedure, was very calming, reassuring and allowed me feel that I was in good hands. I've had no pain post surgery and although still healing, I look forward to my end result with anticipation. Thank you personal Eyes team, the name says it all.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes a few weeks ago and I am really happy with the results. I can see so clearly now and don’t need glasses any more.
Prof Balla was so kind and all the staff at the clinic were amazing and helpful through the whole process. It was very quick and painless. I could not be happier. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about having this surgery to do it.

Recently Dr rose left the clinic , my son appointment with dr rose on June , had to call few times , had to pay for my son history too , no one told me she left the clinic , they were really not helpful, and so much annoying , they never called me , I knew that dr rose left , when I called in to check if my son could see Dr rose earlier in may , I been told she left the clinic and will call u back to explain further for u , never called back I had to call few times after 2-3 days ,and I’ve never received any letter regarding Dr rose leaving ?! u should care more specifically when waiting time to see doctor sometimes takes up to 6 months ?! Not grocery store
