Perfect Medical Centre are wonderful. My family have been going there for many years now. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming and the Doctors are highly professional. They will put you at ease the moment they meet you. They listen to me and offer me the best care for my health that I could possibly wish for. My Doctor here is a caring man who has a genuine concern for my health and I have never found any other Medical Centre etc which has this special attention to my needs. This would have to be the best Medical Centre on the whole of the NSW Central Coast.

I have been going to this clinic since it opened and have always been impressed by the doctors and receptionists who have been consistently friendly and helpful. Dr Daoud & Dr Eskaros have been very personable and professional and have always showed great care and a willingness to help. Very efficient!

So happy with the level of care for our whole family.
The drs are warm , good humoured , professional and provide quality care.
There's a pathology right on site and the reception team is amazing.
But I must give Elizabeth
A extra shout out. Its nice to go somewhere where they remember your name and your children. ...Almost forgot to say the nurses are also amazing so friendly and feel at ease in their care.

I was deeply upset after my appointment with a GP at this practice; I cried immediately afterward. I had come in to have blood work done as requested by my naturopath, but the GP didn't even review the letter in the first 5 minutes. The experience was marked by rudeness and unkindness, leaving me puzzled as to the reason. It turns out that GPs don't typically collaborate with naturopaths, a fact I wish I had known prior to the consultation. I would have been willing to pay for the blood work via private practice without enduring insults from her.

I changed to PMC over a year ago. Best decision. Wonderful courteous reception staff. Wonderful doctors. Dr Roufael is a kind, caring doctor who is always on time. The environment is beautiful. I rate PMC 10 out of 10.

Recently I had carpal tunnel surgery performed by Dr Antoine Roufael who was always on time and the procedure was well explained.
The surgery was performed thoroughly and professionally as was the follow up The nurses and staff were polite, courteous and helpful .

I’m only giving 4 stars. Yes, my GP Dr. David Daoud is really nice and is doing his job as a doctor really well. But, one of the staff in the reception is rude. I’m referring to the old lady. She has no sympathy to patients. They have to hire someone who is kind and nice to patients.
