Been a patient for almost 5 years. Called to make an appointment for a simple yearly Heavy Vehicle medical clearance and got a time and day. Few hours later the lovely Leanne called me to tell me that Shauna wasn’t comfortable to see me and do the medical check because I didn’t get a scan she asked me to get. I asked to speak to Shauna and was told “no that I (Leanne) was to relay this message to me”. Weak excuse and totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the Doctor not to want to tell me herself. I’ll now look for a new Doctor.

Really unhelpful receptionist today. Understandably they couldn’t see me at short notice because they were fully booked, but instead of being directed to alternatives I’ve since learnt about (HotDocs, Caloundra walk-in centre), I was told there was no availability for the week and there was no cancellation list, despite the fact they were “doubly booked…two patients for every appointment”.

Dr Shaun Rudd is fantastic. His manner with both myself and most importantly with my daughter and his outlook and information given is phenomenal. We left feeling happy and cared for. We have found our new family doctor. Highly recommended.

This review doesn't even deserve a star.
The way the receptionist spoke and looked at me today was disgraceful.
It was like she was doing me a favour, letting me wait to see a doctor.
Her energy was painfully unkind and her eye contact with mean.
I had been told that this doctors surgery should always be my last resort, but as a busy self-employed mum, today I had no choice.
Here is the thing, if you don't like to be polite, if you don't like people, if you feel a need to wake up and be unkind, don't work with the public.
Shame on you.....
NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS SURGERY AGAIN, I WILL ALWAYS MAKE TIME FOR ME TO SEE THE KIND AND THOUGHTFUL LADIES UP AT THE CIVIC, YOU COULD LEARN ALOT FROM THEM.

one star is being generous, rude receptionist and a doctors visit that was under 10mins long, doctor pretty much said sorry there is nothing I can do come back in a few month, did not ever attempt to help the situation and I was still charged for the full consult, will not be recommending this surgery to any of my family and friends!!!!! TERRIBLE
