The absolute worst provider I've come across. Neglectful and in breach of basic human rights keeping participants sitting in front of TV all day. Never leaving the house other than medical. Not notifying family of serious health concerns. Not showing for days due to not knowing how to manage BOC. Everything they say on website is a lie. The company mainly hire staff from the same community/culture/family and have no understanding of Australian culture especially food requirements.
They allow heavily pregnant staff to work shifts with participants with BOC.
They do not allow choice and control with chiding suitable staff .I could write a book on all the errors this company has made in the past 2 years. I strongly suggest to avoid this company unless you want loved ones put in serious danger.

This company is incompetent, culturally unaware and do not provide efficient care for their clients. My relative has been in physical danger on many occasions due to their negligence. They do not comply with family request or reply to emails. They regularly miss crucial medical appointments.
My family members care has been so bad he has declined rapidly due to the carers not following carers guildlines or duty of care.
I strongly urge everyone to avoid placing their loved ones in the care of this unprofessional dangerous company.
