We are currently travelling and booked an appointment with Dr Simon Chua. The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly, especially when I was changing appointments and requiring blood tests. The doctor is one of the best I have been to. He was very kind and patient and thorough. I absolutely recommend this surgery 100%.

I relocated from Port Macquarie 4 1/2 years ago. I went looking for a good doctor, I was not happy with a few around Penrith and wasn’t sure what I was going to do.

My daughter suggested I try her doctor,
Doctor Peter Clarke which I did.
He is brilliant, I find him to be funny and keeps me at ease every time. I needed someone i could trust and that’s Dr Clark.
I am not rushed out the door and explains everything that is happening. I certainly am very happy with him and would recommend him to all of my family and friends.

I don’t understand the negative comments about the staff, they have always greeted me with a smile and hello .I find them to be very welcoming.

Bronwyn the nurse is the best, always has a smile and hello how are you, she even came back from her lunch break early to redress my wounds after surgery.
She didn’t have to do that, I was in pain and was very grateful to her.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

your always there with a welcoming smile and a joke you are an amazing dr and I really want to just
thank you for always helping when we are sick and really getting to the root cause of our health issue's
you have always been so supporting in any way that you can wether that be with some much needed advice medical care.

Front staff seemed very stressed as the lady that served me, was unfriendly and being a new patient, the reception wasn’t very welcoming. Your coming in to see a doctor as you feel miserable so it doesn’t help when there’s no warmth or pleasantry.

I have been attending Penrith Medical Centre for over 12 months.At each and every appointment I have received exceptional, warm and friendly customer care from the dedicated staff at reception.They strive to support and assist me during periods of anxiety. They are worthy of praise and recognition for their hard work.
My GP ,Dr Vishal Verma is a caring, compassionate and supportive doctor with great insight of my needs.He is thorough, kind and caring with a sense of humour A great doctor who I have faith and trust in.Thank you all.

Booked a telephone consult to get a medical certificate. Scheduled the call for 10:40am and didn’t receive the call until 4:40pm after I called reception to ask what was going on.

Dr Clarke calls. Proceeded to tell me what I was doing for my allergies and sickness was wrong and not gonna help. Then swore at me on the phone. Which is DISGUSTING behaviour! I have a young daughter who was in the room and he had no regard on how he spoke to me. Extremely rude and arrogant.

I then get called from reception saying they want $75 for a consult fee? THIS IS A BLOODY JOKE.

I come to this medical centre normally to see Dr Papandrea and he’s AMAZING!

How anyone sees this other Dr has be stumped. I’m not paying any charges when that’s how I get treated on a phone call, all I asked for was a medical certificate. Not for the disrespect and swearing I got from him.

I’m absolutely disgusted in it all today.

My usual GP was away so I saw Dr Ban. I have been highly stressed and unwell. I have been very concerned about my health. Dr Bans style is conversational rather than feeling assessed. She was very helpful insightful and alleviated my fears.
