Today’s experience was really good. I came in for a dressing as I had cut my finger deeply the previous night. The nurse saw me quite quickly and checked my records for tetanus vaccine etc. very pleased.
However seeing a doctor nowadays seems to be a big issue. Even trying to get through on the phone, takes forever in the morning - phone queue - when they say you are low in the queue. To see a doctor, especially the one you normally see takes so long as there are no appointments. Sorry but people don’t have the luxury of waiting for so long. Something needs to be done.

I’ve been a patient here for years and see the GP, nurses and psychologists. From the helpful and kind receptionists to the upmost care and respect from doctors and practitioners, medical health and fitness are reliable and provide treatment to the highest standards. I find the wait time to see someone excellent as well.

Have been through a LOT of doctors, this is not the prettiest building, the wait can be long if busy, my name was missed once so spent nearly 2 hours waiting, these are all insignificant. The ONLY reason I go to a doctor is their ability to diagnose and the quality of care!

They bulk bill everything, excellent experienced nurses on hand to do bloods, ECG and sutures, an Xray department and helpful chemist. They understand my complex medical condition and treat accordingly.

Experienced doctors that listen, diagnose and treat accordingly.

I have found that Dr. Valentin is a caring and compassionate person. He spends time explaining problems with me. He has a wonderful sense of humor. I think the Medical Centre and its patients are so lucky to have him.
