Needing a care plan for 5 physiotherapy visits for fractures in thoracic spine and lower back only to be told that I have to make another appointment with the doctor and the nurse to get one. This is after 2 appointments for these problems. When I queried this was told that it's "THE PRACTICE POLICY ". I would call it double dipping into health care funds. The patient is ultimately the Drs client and all that information is in front of them on their computers! They decided on this course of action and they should be responsible for writing the care plan.

With the larger number of doctors available at this practice you are more able to see a doctor when you need one compared to smaller practices. They are all very good, caring and thorough. The staff are very helpful and opportunities to find a vacant appointment time due to cancellations is always helpful as well.

An excellent carrying and professional service by all staff! From Doctors to management and kind front desk support. The special thanks goes to Dr Beth Kervin for an incredible touch embracing young people issues and Dr Chen, who is restlessly for years helping many families.

Dr Goldstein from this practise is grossly incompetent. Told my Dad 3 times he had a strained muscle. Sent him for acupuncture & massages. Wasn't until my dad kept returning to the Dr's and finally seen another Doctor - Dr Crooks, who sent him for blood tests. It was stage 4 cancer. My dad died a month later. Avoid Dr Goldstein at all costs.

I have only ever posted 5 star reviews before but the cranky older lady at the reception desk has forced this 1 star review, I was hoping under new ownership she wouldn't be there any more but unfortunately she is, I have been there many times and given her the benefit of the doubt but she is just permanently rude, I can't recommend enough to stay away

Sat and listened to 3 receptionists all speak in the most disrespectful way to every patient. Extremely condescending and not helpful at all, especially to elderly patients who clearly were in need of information. Disgusting.
