The staff at Pegasus Healthcare were incredibly helpful in arranging for a specific over-toilet-aid to be brought in from another store so that my client could trial it. Although the option did not match my client's toilet space, the staff went above and beyond to suggest alternative solutions that were a much better fit. Their clinical expertise was also impressive! I highly recommend their service—they have excellent follow-through and a quick response time.

I recently needed to hire some health care equipment for an elderly person for use in their home. I contacted Pegasus and spoke to Danny who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products at Pegasus and he was able to guide me with what equipment I would require. I had to change the delivery date a few times, however Danny was very understanding. The equipment was delivered on the day required and set up with no fuss at all. I am very impressed with Danny and Pegasus and would highly recommend hiring home care equipment from them. Thank you Danny and Pegasus!

I am a disabled person myself after surviving 2 strokes: currently have chronic right-sided hemiparesis.
Because of my limited mobility, I asked one of my support worker (a kind hearted Russian lady) to go to this place to get a quote for an aluminium wheelchair. A month and a bit later, I brought the quote given and went there to purchase that same wheelchair.
A front desk lady said she couldn’t sell me that wheelchair at that price so referred the matter to someone called “the manager” upstairs. Another lady came down, look at my quote, and said “This quote only last 30 days, the price had since went up !!!”. Being an ex-accountant, I subtly asked where that time limit showed on the quote? She then agreed to sell that wheelchair at the price quoted. I was happy to buy the wheelchair.
A few months later I came back to buy a Walker to aid my walking: walked in and walked out with it.

Until last week ….. I came and told the front desk later I needed to purchase a shower stool, a Toilet aid and a bed rails for my dad, who turned 99 (YES NINETY NINE) 3 weeks ago. I said to the front desk lady that I will pay for all now but will let my dad decides what he needs and will return THE SAME DAY those he doesn’t want. The lady said they DO NOT let those items returned for hygiene reason. I said I knew that so why don’t they put some wrapping around it with her signatures on them so the shop will know if buyer did use it - COMMON SENSE I thought. She called and told the story upstairs and DID ASK if that person wanted to come down to talk to me. NOONE bothered.

I walked out of the shop thinking “Common sense is only common sense to those who had common sense”.
Not a single soul in that shop had common sense OR BUSINESS MIND. Sad but true. Good bye to them $$$
