They let unvaccinated family in against our wishes and without our knowledge during a covid lockdown when the rest of us were unable to visit our relative. We know she was being dressed in unwashed clothes and they withheld pain relief as she died under their supposed palliative care.

I think the nursing staff do their best to work under bad management.

The receptionist was always welcoming and kind.
