Greeted with wonderful smiley words by Jonty at front reception. Jonty’s calm voice is soothing. Her giggles 🤭 make me laugh.
Awesome help from James at front desk.
Ingrid Nurse is diligent in her approach to comforting me during my visit.
Dr Robert Cargill is delightful, thorough in his extensive knowledge of ailments. Great off street parking, location is handy to all services. Clean foyer and entry & internal public toilets. Offsite Chemist available. Atmosphere relaxing.

I was at this practise when I was extremely unwell with influenza A. Everyday, multiple times a day I was here asking for help and I was given the help I needed asap. Ingrid the nurse took such good care of me. I actually enjoyed seeing her face when I came in because I knew I would be looked after. Reception knew who I was and took me out the back for privacy whilst I was sick. I couldn’t thank these doctors, nurses and reception staff more!

Dr Cargill was the only reason why we used to attend. After he retired there really are no good options. No one bulk bills, even the Drs that bulk bill for children charge for a phone consult (wouldn't you encourage sick people to not be in the building?), there is no logic in that. Plus 3 times we've had to reschedule because the Dr was a no show. They even text you at 7am asking you to call to reschedule but the phones aren't on until 8?

Dr Carghill recently retired so i was told to see Dr Linnett. One word HORRIBLE. I took my elderly Dad in and as i was asking questions he rolled his eyes at me as to say are you finished yet. Like your there for a reason. His appearance is dirty, office stinks like his attitude and not once did he wash his hands before or after touching the ulcer on Dad’s ankle. And after one blood test he told my Dad he was in renal failure and tried hurrying us out and go see a specialist. Even when we arrived he was at the reception rudely speaking to the staff. Maybe Dr Linnett should retire cause he certainly is not there to help. Disgraceful, not helpfull and plain rude. I went to another Dr and Dad is NOT in renal failure.

I would NOT see Dr Boni Lelina who is a horrible GP. I was supposed to see her at another practice and she refused, saying I was late even though she never sent us a notification that we were next, she didn’t even acknowledge me and my 5 year old and walked straight to the receptionist to say we had to go back in the queue. I am 9 months pregnant and she just blew us off claiming she walked around the practice looking for us… despite this, for every other patient she sat in her chair and opened the door to call for her patients and didn’t get up for anyone else. Horrible woman and doctor and I recommend she take up a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people.
