Experience with Doctor: It's true that Dr. Ghan is very kind, polite, and an experienced GP. He was very empathetic & gave us the best advice.

Overall Experience with centre: We were there for our 2 year old hyperactive daughter's consultation for eczima. First to secure the appointment I had to call and visit the center & text the doctor at least 2-3 times(in total).
Doctor gave us an appointment for 6.30pm by texting at 6.25pm and we were there 6.40pm.
Since then, it was just a long waiting for almost 1.5 hours which was a nightmare for us with the hyperactive kid.
I don't understand of booking an appointment 5 minutes close to the time and then waiting for 1.5 hours. What's the need for an appointment then? Just tell to come on FCFS basis.

On all my calls with the centre & even on my visit, I had confirmed about the consultation fees of the doctor & they repeatedly said it is $40 with Dr. Ghan even if we didn't had any Medicare or private insurance but the doctor asked me to pay $60 in cash(which I didn't had so I paid him online). Doctor also added that the centre receptionist was wrong.
This was pathetic!

Doctor was good but due to my overall experience, I won't recommend this center to anyone!

As a full time working mum I was glad the doctor could offer after hours flu vaccinations for my 2 daughters. I had an appointment booked in for Thursday last week. This was then rescheduled to the following Tuesday due to the doctor having a funeral to attend. Tuesday night came around and I heard nothing. No text from the doctor to advise us to come to the clinic. Being new to the area I was hoping to find a new clinic my family can attend but due to the lack of communication I have booked our vaccinations at our old clinic which is over a 20min drive away!

Dr Michael Ghan is an amazing doctor. He does not rush you and has genuine concern for the wellbeing of his patients. I havent yet met a Dr like him here in Adelaide. We now live in West Lakes but we still go to him for GP consult.

Dr. Ghan is the best GP anyone could ever ask for. Genuinely cares for his patients and helps them in every way he can. The waiting time is really long but definitely worth it. Highly recommends Dr.Ghan.. 🙂

The Drs. Are great, but the waiting times are freaking insane. Been here since 6:20pm for a 6:40 appointment. It is now 8:15 and I'm still waiting and still loads of people in front of me. They should really warn you when you book that the waits are so long, or call you before your appointment time and let you know there's a wait or something. Am literally here just for a birth control injection which would take five minutes...been waiting two hours for it.
