I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Chandru, who inserted an Implanon in my arm. Right after the procedure, I informed her that I couldn’t feel the implant, but she dismissed my concerns and told me not to worry for the next three years. Unfortunately, her negligence led to the Implanon migrating deep into my bicep, causing significant complications.

I’ve since suffered from severe ulnar nerve damage, which has led to permanent sensory loss and muscle atrophy. This has had a lasting impact on my life and requires ongoing medical treatment, including surgery. I believe this situation could have been avoided if Dr. Chandru had taken my concerns seriously from the beginning. I would not recommend her based on this experience.

The receptionist Luz was very rude over the phone . I have seen a doctors i also had a pre booked future appt . And urgent medical result will be delivered to my doctor( unaware only coming next on friday)
Request her to see if she can try to talk to doctor and update me if any cancellations. I only want to know what results are like only 1 minute call. I am happy for a telephonic conversation as well . I was only concerned about my results .
She said I can’t help you doctor is busy . I can not ask her.
She was very rude over the call. Seems like closed all the door and just didn’t wanted to help at all . My fault i went to the that clinic?

Everyone complaining, leaving a poor review are absolute snobs. The people complaining just say "yes" to everything and are pushy treating staff poorly and very rudely. The staff are the friendliest and most accommodating staff I've seen at any medical centre. Receptionists always ask when you're booking over the phone if you've been to the centre in the past 12 months, as per their policy, which stipulates that they cannot have new patients on certain days (you are considered new if you haven't visited within 12 months).

We booked our first appointment weeks before for my daughter’s immunisation and just received two missed calls two hours before the time. Not to mention that there was no voicemail left and it was a hassle to finally able to contact them. Been told that the appointment is canceled and heard, “why don’t you go to your usual place?” I was speechless 🙂
I should’ve seen it coming, looking at the reviews. Reviews apparently really don’t lie.

Best medical centre in the area. Staff are so accommodating and always fit my little girls in even when booked out. We love Dr Ho. She is wonderful, but all the staff are great.

Rang to see if we could see the doctor on Saturday morning & was asked had we been there before we & answered yes & they said come on down. We arrive a 0930 & were turned away because we hadn't been there for more than 12 months. Will be lodging a complaint with the heal care complaints commission on Monday.
