I don’t wanted to write this but I have to say because it made me feel really bad second time. I was here other day to have my 18 months old daughter for her immunisation vaccination but a nurse gave her 4years of vaccine mistakenly. I wonder how that mistake can happen, My daughter is doing fine but still such mistake should not happen anytime to anybody. We still was convinced and we gave excuses for that but today I went for my own appointment and with the consultation with doctor I went to the clinic's pharmacy for few minutes to buy my prescribed injection and was about to come back with nurses to have my vaccination but one of the receptionist came to pharmacy to check if I run away without paying appointment fees!!! I went back to clinic with my prescribed injection to the nurse room to get it done and there also again she came and told another nurse that she came in the room to check me if I have runned away seriously this is degraceful and I felt very bad for it. Being myself as a nursing student, I felt this is really pathetic behaviour and the stupid mistake. However, I am happy with the doctor whom I visited as he seems to be very nice and also happy with the nurse to gave me injection as she was explaining me everything about the injection that was given to me.

Doctors are great, however your receptionist need to improve on their customer service and learn to pick up the phone and meet patient enquires with little more respect and care. Definitely embarrassing to see this level of care at a good practice.

Called in to book appointment and was given time at 11.15 and asked to come earlier to fill paperwork as new patient. Arrived prior to 11.15 and have completed paper work by 11.15

Then, proceed to wait until 11.40 then I asked when is my turn to be called because I have appointment right after that. As a mother of two, we don’t have the luxury of time. The receptionist staff said there are two more people before me then it’s my turn because the appointment is 11.30. I asked out of confusion that that’s not the time I was told on the phone, and she said yes because you need to come earlier to fill paper work. Technically, she supposed to tell me my appointment 11.30 and not 11.15 and then asked me to come in early. But then after that she just ignored me no apologies nothing.

Such a bad customer service, since we are paying for it, why should we be treated like we had no choice than just wait? I then asked for my appointment to be cancelled, she then said it’s just 11.40.
Yeah well, it’s not my appointment time either

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, I don’t know the quality of doctor but can assure you receptionist not keen in providing good service

Fantastic surgery. Lovely staff. Doctor John Prior is a brilliant skin doctor. I had a skin cancer on my nostril that had to go. Dr Prior did such a wonderful job. Not only got it all but hardly a mark to be seen. I'm so impressed. There are other good doctors at this surgery but I know who I'm seeing from now on.

5 stars for the doctors but 1 stars for the receptionists, almost all of them seem so uninterested and rude. Don’t work in customer services if you hate dealing with people. Other feedbacks on here also suggest the same, please do something about it Parkinson Medical Centre.

Doctors are very professional, however receptionists are extremely rude, they lack manners and tend to give the wrong information to patients. Be prepared to be yelled at if you don't understand their instructions regarding your appointments. Customer service is completely unprofessional.

Bit of a wait but worth it for Dr Sam! He always goes the extra mile and it really shows he cares.
