Dr Ben Winter is the best GP I've ever seen. I've been attending the practice since it opened and have always have a positive experience. He takes the time to understand the ailment and explain why. He is very empathetic and caring. You don't feel like you're on a production line of patients. The wait time is relatively short too. They also have an onsite pathology. The receptionists have also been pleasant to communicate with.

I’ve started going to this clinic as it is near my new place. Dr Shilpa is wonderful! I feel heard and got answers for many of my long term health concerns. She is patient with me during long appointments and tries her best to sort as many things as she can for me. Reception lady is always friendly and sweet! Best medical clinic I’ve ever been to!

The best - All round. Doctors, receptionists, the level of commitment to the patients. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go to another medical clinic again! ! Being a woman in her 30s (with mental health issues) it’s so hard to get taken seriously and to feel safe with medical professionals - Park Sydney doesn’t have that. They ruined me with excellence haha !

You always feel front and centre of your own medical decisions; never feel rushed out the door and so very glad I found them.
Pharmacy next door is very convenient too.
My daughter has a chronic health condition and Dr Winter connects beautifully with her and people of all ages. Very good for both complex health issues and mental health.

I was told bye a receptionist staff on the phone it was not bulk billing seviees but if I was on a pension which I am it was free and to come in between Monday to Thursday between the hours of 10am and 4pm and I would be seen.

Well when I want in to the practice to see a doctor and put my name down I was spoken to so very rudely and and was made to fill like a bad person and a criminal and I just was trying to see the doctor I have PTSD and sever anxiety and only need a script for a venteln puffy as I was haveing an asma attack there when I went in

I'm so unhappy with the reception woman there as she is so unprofessional and should not be able to speak to anybody that way ever.

As now I have a puffer that a woman on the side of the road she gave me her child's pufferas as she found me have an asma attack on the side of the road 2min away from this practice so much for a local doctor don't bother comeing to this office unless you like being spoken to with no respect what so ever very triggering and stressful I Wouldn't Ever wast my time to go there again ? I take my kids to Park Sydney Medical Practice because the doctors here are so lovely and always help them feel at ease. There's an on-site pathology service which is very convenient, plus a pharmacy right next door too!
