Absolutely the best medical centre I've been to. Could not thank the doctors and nurses enough for their care and professionalism during my recent health concern. Very minimal waiting times as well. Would give 6 stars if I could. Also have very convenient opening hours for full time workers.

Took a friend to her appointment at 2PM, she waited 40 mins and then got queue jumped by someone whose appointment was scheduled for 40mins AFTER hers. Inept and unorganised, go elsewhere. Amazing how that's even possible with computer systems, a notepad would've done a better job.
We left after she mentioned the poor service to the staff.

My mother was seen by your doctor, which was her normal one. But got a rash 8 weeks ago, and he poorly misdiagnosed for it for 8 long painful weeks while she became so tender and red raw skin and could hardly move from swelling, crying herself to sleep. when she could sleep. He seemed not very uninterested in what she had to say and how she was feeling, in fact didn’t even ask. I eventually convinced and took her to another doctor and they sorted in days >:( if he is going to become blatantly complacent.... he need to retire. It was a very simple diagnosis and was picked easily as it’s a common thing in Darwin. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone. Oh by the way she is 70 and already ill without this to added. Shame on him.

Messed up with my bookings. Called me twice to reschedule my antenatal care appointment but at the end couldn’t find the appointment on the system for the day I was told but instead found out to be booked for another day.. Everyone has to work and manage all these appointments accordingly.

Great experience at this clinic. Really lovely reception staff, manager, nurses and Doctors! Who put me at ease and were so thorough.They all work so well together as a team. 🙂

They have been fantastic with helping us with our 2 year old Ash. Doctors have been conscientious and caring. We drive there from Karama because of the great service they provide. Thank you Pandanus team.

Every visit have had to wait over an hour to have consult. Doctor has over 6 week waitlist so not easy as rescheduling either. Extremely poor service
