Always greeted with helpful staff here. After going to the pharmacy and getting staff who don't know much about the products they sell I came here instead. Very helpful information and I recommend this place to everyone. They have a wide range and knowledge of how to help with various health issues. Thank you so much Nicole

Very over priced in my humble opinion, simple as that.
Big on the alcohol supplements as depicted.... a bit sad
All the same stuff online, cheaper and it's delivered.
Happy to support local, but not at these rip off prices.
I'm sure people will do their own research.
Oh and remember to check those expiry dates !!!!

I get certain supplements difficult to get in Sydney here.
The owner is very knowledgable about ingredients of supplements.
Quite surprising to see such a good naturopathic-style supplement place (also with a wide range of natural cosmetics, organics seeds from Seedsavers, foods etc) in Nambucca Plaza...!
Only downside is website doesn't seem functional for mail ordering so I have to buy in-store.

I used to buy the nyummy 'Walnut BURGER 'Around 6yrs ago ordered walnut burger the other day received a wrap ,"NOTHING IN IN IT EXCEPT CARROT +HEAPS OF LETTUSE PLUS CUCUMBER I ASKED FOR SWEET CHILLI SAUSE +HOMIS CLDNT TASTE IT ALL I TASTED WAS THE DOUGH OF THE RAP MY PARTNER HAD FLAFFELS +ALL SALAD +HOMIS COULD NOT SEE THE FLAFFELS FROM THE LETTUCE +CARROT SO Sorry Pete it was Horrible for $26.00

I was trying to purchase some cream on their website, but when I came to payment method, no payment method is found and you must pick up at store. Unfortunately, I gave up my purchase. I guess online purchase is not available under current situation.

My mum and I were passing through Nambucca and we met this lovely man who recommended us to come into this store!! We were greeted by a lovely man who helped us with some supplements we were after! There are soooo much goodness in that store you’ll be sure to find what you are looking for!! Prices are fair! You pay for quality and you cannot put a price on health ? thanks so much for a great experience!!
