After taking my wife after hours to the emergency department when she hurt her ankle we were amazed at the level of care she received, and in a very timely manner. This hospital and staff were second to none! Absolutely amazing! We were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews as we were from interstate and had no idea where to go. All I can say to those reviews is BS. We also witnessed care and interaction from the staff toward other patients and it was first class and more than professional it was above and beyond. Keep up the good work 👍

There is no emergency in this hospital. You need to wait for 5/6 hours, and that's minimum. Then, the nurse will check your blood pressure and will ask you to wait for a while (that while can be another 3 to 4 hours). Tax payers are paying 3 to 4% of their income to Medicare levy still the service they provided is worse than worse. The government needs to look into this issue because health is very important. The word emergency means emergency.
People are crying with pain outside, but no one cares because doctors and nurses are getting well paid, so u just wait. They all are busy talking and laughing inside. Rude staff, whenever you asked them how long you need to wait, they replied in rude manner,"Wait for a while." The hospital needs to change the name from the Emergency Department to the 8 to 9 hours wait department to make the patient clear. Non emergency patients, according to their system (doesn't matter what patient is feeling or suffering), mean you have to wait atleast 8 to 10 hrs to get discharged with some panadol.

I was unfortunate enough to end up in the emergency department at this hospital. I cannot speak higher of the professionalism and standard of the nurses and emergency doctor who attended me. I was amazed at the technology available in ED. Portable x-ray machine, portable ultrasound, and many other gadgets that I'm not familiar with. I stayed over the dinner time and the food was very good.

Not crowded, quiet, amazing architectural design, enough parking and green areas, great garden, plenty of seats at the outpatient. departments. So Much Nicer environment than RDH.
The staff were very helpful and understanding.The hospital was very clean and the staff were friendly caring and had the best experience & care during my stay...

Palmerston Regional Hospital Northern Territory Australia has a country fell to it there's high ceilings in the entrance area it has all mod con's and the staff a friendly and the gardens are nice and the court yard are good as will there's handicap toilets and handicap parking in short it has been well thought out cheers Billy.

I went in there to get checked because I got bitten by a dog . I waited 2 hours in waiting room the only thing they did was cheak my blood pressure. And it wasn't even that busy few people and they are having hard time following up .

I was experiencing chest pain in the middle of the night and attended Palmerston hospital. I was attended to with the utmost professionalism and care by everyone that I dealt with. The board should be proud of the staffing cohort for providing such great service.
I can't thank all the staff enough.
