The Urgent Care clinic here was great. In & out in 45 minutes even though it was very busy. The doctor was fantastic & personable, & the pharmacist at their in house pharmacy was a real legend. He even called around to other chemists to find a product that they didn't have in stock.
Highly recommend, this is a real asset to the community.

The most shocking service I've received in my life. I've called and spoken to people 5 times (over the course of 10 days) paid money and still my request has not been actioned. I would strongly advise you to avoid this place if you have any other options. (Screenshot of waiting on hold, this is not unusual)

Large clinic just off the main road. Many medical facilities available such as diabetes, mental health and problems with your feet.
Within this complex is the Palmerston Community Care Centre, where Nurses are available to redress your long-term injuries. This centre is oonly open weekdays

Very impressed and grateful for this service, in particular Sabeena. Saved us a trip to the ED as she was able to fit our sick 10 month old in for an appointment at the end of a long day. Very professional and gave us and our daughter the highest level of care, even calling to follow up the next day.

First time seeing a doctor in Darwin and I had a great experience here. It was a Saturday, I was greeted by a lady at reception, nice air con, had a super friendly nurse who took my details before I saw the doctor and then had my appointment with Associate Professor DR Chris Harmden who was a super cool guy. Felt like there was barely any waiting around at all and then got my script filled on the way out, super convenient! Definitely will be going back here if I need to.

Went to see Dr Sabeena and had results sent through days prior to our appointment. She let me know they were somehow not there and when I called to get them sent through again she told me faxes take a couple of hours to come through… not true. Even back in the 90’s they were instant. I emailed through other results and was told she couldn’t access them instantly as they take over a day for reception to send them to her. Definitely a hole in their process and terrible service. What should have been a 15 minute appointment turned into over an hour as they had a student Dr go through the exact same things with me prior asking the same questions and doing the same standard tests only for them to be done again with the qualified doctor. I ended up leaving without the thing I came there for. Didn’t find her or the superclinic helpful at all. Days later they still say their two faxes have never been received. Never again will I return such terrible service and I ended up going elsewhere.
