They cancel or reschedule every appointment, even ones booked months in advance. When they try book my kids in again they realise they can't get me back to back appointments for my twins for weeks to months
When the new appointment comes around they cancel or reschedule again.... Go to a GP. They offer the same service with less drama for free and don't blame covid for everything.

I had to get my Meningococcal throat swab and the 2 ladies there were so kind and friendly!! The lady who did my throat swab made me feel super comfortable and you can tell she genuinely loves working there!

Was told I’d only be paying 95$
But was forced to pay 155$ upfront and than another 40$ after my appointment.
