Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The drs, nurses and all other staff were amazing. The care and support for both my mother and myself was above and beyond. The facility was well maintained and it was a great place for my mother have the peaceful death that she deserved. If youโ€™re nervous about bringing your loved one here, donโ€™t be. They will be well looked after around the clock.

My nana was transferred here from the hospital and the staff have been nothing but accommodating. Everyone here is always happy to help and friendly which is very important when working with such delicate situations.

On Friday at 12.30pm my brother David was moved into PCH. On Sunday 24th March at about 10.00am (Darwin time) he had passed away. Apparently the staff rang a mobile number a number of times, but it was not mine. It was about 4.55pm and i received a message from a friend, saying John sorry for your loss.. WOW...So i rang PCH and asked them to explain as to why i never received a phone call after David's passing. They said that they had the wrong mobile number, yet while he was in ICU there was never a problem with the Doctors and Nurses contacting me on my mobile.....Once he arrived in PCH i never received any phone calls about his welfare as i thought their staff would contact me to let me know how he was going and Sunday at about 5.15pm i spoke to a carer nurse and they told me that David had passed......Not really good enough. Nearly 7 plus hours had passed and said that they were sorry. Mmm so yes i was very impressed..NOT I will be making a formal complaint today Monday 25.March 2024.....
