I signed up to this clinic as it's convenient to work and to get appointments after work. Except for today's appointment that I had to take time off work for as it was for a specific procedure.
They couldn't find my booking and half an hour after my initial appointment I was told that I hadn't asked to be booked in despite being told to be there at a certain date at a certain time.
I was then told to wait about an hour to get the procedure done because I said I wasn't going to rebook and take more time off work.
The most frustrating part about it for me is an the early morning starts I have done at work to make up for the time I took off for this appointment.
On a side note. I'm really not happy with the doctor I saw. A little anxious woman who was constantly on edge and was zipping around just trying to get her appointments done and out of the way. Not how anyone wants to see their doctor when they look to then for comfort and care during times of concern.
Needless to say that I will be driving further if I have to for any future appointments.

Came for my 6 week check up, all she checked was my blood pressure, asked me if I was interested in contraception and I said the pill, told me I was too young and I would forget to take it? But to think about it and come back. I also told her I was having pains in my stomach thinking she would check me and she just said it’s normal to have cramps even though I told her it was not cramps. My baby also had her 6 week vaccinations and the room was dirty and medical waste bin over flowing with bloody tubes when it has a line saying to not fill past that point. They also tried to tell me daughters Medicare must still be processing even though I had the card and I had to pay $70.

I recently visited Pakenham Medical Clinic and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While their website clearly states 100% bulk billing for new patients, I was charged $30 for my consultation. This was unexpected and frustrating, as I chose this clinic specifically because of the advertised bulk billing policy.

I understand that there may be certain conditions or limitations, but I feel the communication around this could be clearer to avoid any confusion. I hope the clinic will take this feedback into account and update their policies or communication to better align with what is advertised.

I'm really frustrated with my recent experience with PAKENHAM MEDICAL CLINIC. booked a phone consultation with any doctors on 20th January and I stayed home all day waiting for the call. But it never came! called the clinic back, and they said the doctor might have forgotten or been too busy. They couldn't reschedule me for today, and the only opening they have is tomorrow, which can't make because have to work. I'm so disappointed that they're treating their patients this way. I feel like they don't care about my time or my needs. Really hoping they'll be more careful with appointments in the future.

Decided to use this clinic today for the 1st time. Got in and thought wow this is nice & clean!
Reception weren't friendly & didn't smile.
I sat down & after 45mins noticed many other ppl who'd come after me were all getting through. Thinking I was mad, I approached reception to be told my doctor had to leave for an emergency and I asked so how long will I be in the que? The chick goes I don't know?
Another guy had the same issue and had been there an hour and a half!!
I was lining up in the que to say I'm leaving when the doc came out. They looked at me then called by name.
She was very nice.

My advice to your clinic is firstly, Welcome your new clients with smiles saying "it's lovely to see you and thankyou for choosing our clinic".
Secondly - inform all your patients of doctors leaving for emergencies. It's respectful and communicative. We shouldn't have to wait around for lengths of time and find out by sheer accident.

Worst clinic i ever visited . Especially so called Dr Nafisun , she is just running a business . Have nothing to do with condition of patient . They always tried to rush the appointments , you often see the dr running for next appointment.

So that's your explanation, you are short of Doctors . Why you book so many appointments and playing with lives of people . You are not medical clinic., just another free clinic to get medical certificate. Shame on you . Please do your job properly, you are doctor to treat people , not to make more and more money .
