I feel heard about my problems and the reception staff have always been kind and friendly towards me. Coming from the country to the city it's a place that has its own parking and lifts, which is fantastic. The people inside are very welcoming and very helpful. I see Mrs Rebecca Richardson and Dr Matthew Green. I have not enough words to highly recommend these people. They don't take sides, tell you the truth and are very compassionate about your health and well-being. Very thorough knowledge and give you all the information in a clear way for you to understand. I had my first appointment yesterday at Pain MedS.A.
Why. Was I not told about this place before by my doctors.
Pain has racked my body for years , at. Last someone listens and understands and knows the problem.
Dr.Lau and staff were excellent.
Hopefully I will have less pain.

I have a fair bit going on in my back , i suffer from Chronic back pain. I came to see Dr Green for some hope of relieving some of my pain without more surgery. I finally found a specialist , who not just understands “PAIN”but gives you hope when you have none.. I have been seeing Dr Green for a number of years, I have 2 spinal stimulators, and have tried numerous types of injections. The last giving me 80 to 90 % less pain in my lower back and my impinged nerve area. I am absolutely thrilled. Dr Green and the PainMed SA team , understand “Pain” and no , not everything will work, Pain MedSA persevere and don’t give up on you . U have always been treated with the upmost respect & dignity , plus they take the time to listen. Not everything is fixable, it’s about managing your pain, and working with the team at Pain MedSA , including Physio’s etc.for your best outcome.
I highly recommend Pain MedSA.

After breaking my neck at C1-C2 in 2023, & with preexistent, still undiagnosed painful neurological disease compounding, I had been turned away without help or seemingly belief about unbearable neck and head pain, by rheumatologists, spinal surgeon and neurologist. Then I was recommended to see Dr Green by my neuro-rehab Physio - who knew from her exams and treatments that my 2 years of pain was indeed disabling, and that I had reached my limit and felt (wished) my life was over due to severe unrelenting pain. She also knew of many success stories under his care.This was 10 months and 3 treatments ago, and I have saved up my review so to best capture the step-wise and ultimate now 90% of pain relief I have eventually gained from the excellence, compassion and expertise of Team Matthew Green and Rebekah, and their friendly staff. From triage I was believed, respected, & treated with a gentle optimism I didn't share. I retained autonomy about choosing from procedures which were fully explained then expertly and expediently applied. When benefits were gained but incomplete, I was offered replications and tweaks to procedures, backed by a Multi-Disciplinary Team's consideration, which resulted in further pain relief each time (despite the ongoing negativity chronic pain had instilled within me). In summary, I cannot recommend PainMedSA highly enough, and sincerely thank Dr Green and Rebekah in particular. I still have undiagnosed neurologic disease under investigation, and may need further treatment, but my life and motivation to keep going has been given back to me. I thank the entire Team, and urge prospective clients to trust the process, and not give up hope. They understand pain here.
