I've lived in Padbury since 2012 but I haven't regularly been to this practice. Yesterday I was able to get a bulk billed appointment for my daughter at short notice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful (considering my toddler was cackling and attempting escapes left right and centre). I saw Dr Singh, he was welcoming, thorough and, despite being our first visit I felt treated as a long-time patient. There was also a lovely lady who handed out lollypop's to my girls at the end. It was a really nice experience overall and I would definitely consider coming back more regularly. Thank you

Padbury family practice is absolutely ridiculous. My partner and I have gone here a few times now but this last time has absolutely done it. My partner has been told two weeks ago when we went in on the 27th of may that they had manually put through his rebate from his appointment. Have we received it no so we do the right thing and call the practice and yet again are told awe yeah we put it through. So we call Medicare and of course there’s nothing been sent to Medicare. This practice is ridiculous we shouldn’t be chasing our hard earned money. 20 years old living out of home struggling and being taken advantage of by the people that’s supposed to help is really disgusting. Why not just send us the invoice and let us make the claim instead of messing people around and making us call you a million times?

Avoid Dr Singh, as another has reviewed will not help nor attempt to help if you are not his regular doctor or has ALL your complete records. Rude and unprofessional and not a asset to any surgery hence maybe why he is the only one that has appts not prebooked.
Reception staff need to be trained on how to use the systems and protocols.
The practice has gone to waste when it once was great.

Never going back again, the staff are putting things that they need to do on the customer.
They made me call customer care when they had to call and the customer care send me Back to them, and the centre didn’t help me. The lady didn’t even mover their butt of that chair to see if she Could help.
They had all my details incorrect and not taking responsibility to fix it

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. If I could give a zero for this practice I would, the respect, care etc... stopped after reception. Dr Gurpreet Singh has no bedside manner was rude, disrespectful and was not going to give any care unless I transferred my records over to the practice. When I refused he told me to go back to my original GP, well you definitely wouldn't be my new one. Steer clear of this practice at $90 a visit, trust me your not worth anything close to that.

Called in for new scripts as I have done for about 30 years. Was told doctor not in and would call me next day. This has never happened before. Doctor phoned me next day. Call lasted 1 minute and 8 seconds. A few days later I received an invoice for $49.00. TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. VERY UNHAPPY. This could be about $23,000.00 a day if the doctor spent all day on the phone. DISGRACEFUL !!!

Excellent family practice. The doctors I've seen are all friendly and very professional and they go the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment needed.
Highly recommend.

After being a patient here for many years and moving out of the area, I attempted to get my medical records from the clinic only to be advised that a fee is applicable.
I don't recall signing or consenting to the practice, who I had been a paying customer, to effectively hold my medical information at ransom.
Very poor form and poor service model.
