My experience with Pacific Private Hospital, the staff, anaesthetist, gastroenterologist and nursing staff was absolutely first class. From the receptionist to the nurses who fed me after my procedure, I cannot fault their service. Dr Mohsen spent time chatting with me prior to and after the procedure. I really appreciated the time he gave me. Thank you to everyone I came in contact with for their time, friendliness and professionalism.

I came to pick my husband up after a minor procedure to be greeted with the worst receptionist I’ve come across in a long time. I say “I’m just here to pick my husband up” to which she says absolutely nothing. Then looks at me and shakes her head and says “I need a name”. I say “I am waiting for you to ask. This women needs to either learn customer service or retire. Next time, change your tone and ask the person politely who they are there to pick up

Went in today and everyone was so amazing and understanding. I'm sorry I can't remember everyones name but Dr Mohsen, Dr Robert Malcolm and their entire team helped me. I was incredibly anxious the whole time and really appreciate the understanding and empathy from everyone, especially the nursing staff that stayed by side while i was panicked.

What can anyone add to perfection. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel cared for if you are an anxious person like me, don't worry
Your questions are answered, the staff are professional, kind and thorough. I wish I could name each individual person, but I don't need to do so, I just want to say I did not want to go home after my procedure, I was made to feel safe by every single professional individual. I want to say thankyou to all the staff for taking such good care of me.

Went to have a procedure there and was horrified at the incompetence of some staff! There is more professionalism at a public hospital!
I'm not talking about reception or the actual doctor, I am talking about the buffoons who assist in the surgery, the anaesthetist had NFI, 3 times he couldn't find a vein, 1 girl had a personality of a door mat, another staff member didn't even have to be in the room and she is talking about if she should go to lunch now or not and a male nurse cracking jokes about not drinking anything after because of all the holes the anaesthetist is making not finding a vein....

Go to a Public Hospital I say and stay away from the incompetence of this place!

I took my grandmother here today and Sarah who did the admissions was very caring, helpful and patient with my grandmother who is hard of hearing. My grandmother was left with a very good impression of the nurse Travis before theatre, who made her feel very relaxed and calm, she found him to be very personable. Her whole experience throughout the whole hospital was pleasant and all staff who helped her out were amazing. Would highly recommend

Another facility taking away a free service (parking) for patients (who are already paying substantially for their medical treatment/s) and replacing it with a paid system. Or, aka: how to get the public to subsidise your recent expensive renovation. Nice one.
