Some of the staff are very good but others hopeless,one Doctor can’t be bothered to full in perceptions to by sent to the pharmacy,leaving a patient in pain.. not good.

Just horrible. Nurse Appointment was cancelled on the day. Nurse heading home early due to lack of appointments. My problem apparently I had booked weeks in advance Receptionist had zero empathy. Quite rude actually. Won’t be going back.

As local member of this community, it is impossible to ever get a doctors appointment here. They are always 'fully' booked. The community's medical needs are simply not covered by this centre. Time to employ more staff perhaps

This medical center has been nothing short of useless, the doctors often mid diagnosis lead to more trouble. The waiting times are over 40mins on average, every doctor I have seen is flat out rude & there desk staff behave like there at home in there lounge room. Personally I can't believe it exists!! Thanks for the feedback unusual considering it shouldn't have happened in the first place extremely unprofessional need to pick up you standard!

An average of a three week wait time to see a GP. Pathetic. 👎 This will only get worse with a disproportionate amount of elderly soon to move into the area.

The nurses and Dr Joe and receptionists have been pretty good to us..especially to my poor husband who keeps getting awful skin injuries and Bronwen and Connie and all keep treating him like they have skin in the game...
