Iam not a regular patient that visit the doctor often and in most occasions it is very minor.
Dr Justine Hester is one of the worst medical professionals I have encountered.
Horrible communication skills and poorly responded to my concerns with no patient care.
Best to see another doctor.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I have never been called in time. Regardless I take an appointment or not wait time is more than an hour. People enter doctors room without been called and doctor entertain them. I asked receptionist how many patient before me, she said 3, I could see doctor took 5 more patient before me. When I confronted her she said sit and wait.

Very unprofessional service. I never recommend anyone to visit here.

The staff at Pacific Med was so exceptional ? they go way beyond expectations of their duty as a health care provider! When I came in with my son being so unwell with the flu and was vomiting the front receptionist/Manager approached us with a vomit bag and gave us water ? and continually checked up on us until we saw the doctor who was also so pleasant and helpful with giving my son the right care! I have recommended this medical centre to all my family and friends just because of their impeccable health care service and their professional manner in all their dealings! Thank you Pacific Med at Blacktown your staff is wonderful always to deal with! ?

Attended with my husband last week. My husband saw Dr Syeda Rahman.
Regarding the centre itself - long wait times be prepared to wait roughly 45minutes to over an hour.
Regarding the Dr - you could see the Dr was uninterested showing no emotion or concern, in a rush to get my husband in and out. Provided no explanation on how my husband came to have this diagnosis. To be frank looked miserable. The pharmacist at the Chemist was more helpful in explaining how he came to have the ear infection and explaining the diagnosis more than the Dr.
We had attended this Medical Centre to obtain a second opinion regarding a medical diagnosis we received earlier that day. The previous Medical Centre we attended earlier that morning was more efficient with the medical diagnosis and provided information and pamphlets regarding the diagnosis. Comparing our earlier experience at another Medical Centre - we would not recommend this centre and this Dr. Only positive is generally clean Centre and reception staff were helpful and kind.

Receptionist not doing their jobs properly, We were asked how many patients awaiting in front and they don’t tell. We been waiting almost 2hrs. If we been told, we would do our own time management to come back. Times are valuable for everyone.

I attended the clinic last week and had a very good experience. the reception lady at Physio (down the back of the centre) is lovely and very accommodating and took the time to help answer my questions and book me in for another appointment.
it was VERY busy and she had no-one to help her but she was great and very patient with me.

Always wait minimum 1.5 to 2 hours to see a GP for a simple reason like getting a repeat prescription. Never have doctors that appreciate you. Always arrogant sitting in their rooms with no patients inside and the doctors know that people are queuing to see them and they waste your time more. Receptionists see a queue building up and instead of serving customers - they both take phone calls and don’t know how to manage the long as queue developing
