0 stars. Where to begin with this incompetent place. From the first call the person could barely speak English after 20 mins of confirming the appt for my son I was ready to attend the next available appt thst was in 3 mths time!!! We turned up to be barely greeted with an unfriendly receptionist who rudely told us we didn't have an appt and it was a week earlier!! Now I know I got this one correct. The place was crammed and everyone was miserable. I reluctantly booked again letting them know it isn't good enough. After many other people and other drs now telling me this is a familiar story at this place I will not be attending. Do not even bother making the booking look elsewhere

My husband had testing done by pacific cardiology over 6 wks ago and our GP has been calling and emailing for results and we still don't have them! Disgusted that they do not answer the phone or return calls to our Doctor and do not produce results in a timely manner.

So bad service ! Since May until now this place reschedule my appointments 4 times . it is so hard to get day off for this appointment then they cancelled ,cancelled and cancelled..... not only first or second time 4 times for me with in a month.Management please try to understand everyone have a busy life ,we also have to work too ,we need you guys because we have problem with our health but we stressful and very very upset of your service. I am really have enough of calling the center long wait and then the answer only : nothing I can do from receptionist. Hope this problem get fix .

Tracey and Delaney were so friendly in setting up appointments and reminders.
Today, Mark, the technician was very efficient preparing me for an Echocardiogram Stress Test. He was very professional at all stages.
Dr Mohan and Mark were very efficient in directing me whilst on the treadmill.
I highly recommend them all.
Results are being sent to my GP.

They did an ECG before my appointment but did not inform me there would be a charge for this. The doctor who I seen was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Told me my only problem was that I was fat and there’s nothing wrong with my heart. A stay in hospital showed I have AF. Thanks for the $298 bill for nothing.

Very poor clinic, I've only had 2 appointments with this mob and both times they rang me the day before to change my appointment. It's hard to get time off work for these and this mob just stuffs you around. They send a message to confirm your appointment the day before and then cancel it on you, in the message they threaten you with a $50 fee if you cancel within 24 hrs but don't pay you when they cancel within 24 hrs.

A very poor organisation I had my echo tests etc done at the clinic in March at Ormeau and all went well BUT from here on in they made appointment for me to have a stress test done it was cancelled new appointment cancelled another apt again cancelled all these cancellations taken place 1 day before appointment. Again another appointment on Thurs 9/6/22 cancelled today 8/6/22. The poor reception girl tried to make another appointment with me but I told her enough is enough, I am getting stressed out by this organisation & have cancelled. What is wrong with this organisation.
