I attend PACE Mornington. The staff are happy and very friendly people. The exercise programmes are half and hour and ideally planned just for you. I didn't feel that my body could do the exercises at first. However the instructors are very patient and encouraging towards you. Very gradually your muscles get stronger and all of a sudden you are doing twice the amount of an excercise you didn't think you could do. PACE helps with problems such as chronic pain (pain that just won't go away) body stiffness etc. Everything with the aim of getting you moving again and back into a life of activity you can do.
